Bottled drink included ■A Casual Gardens Experience Perfect for first-time guests or those with limited time. Even in a short amount of time, the smooth mobility of an e-bike allows you to experience the connection between Tokyo’s gardens and the surrounding city. ◾️Model Courses A｜Ueno & Yanaka Experience Tokyo’s iconic Ueno area, pass Shinobazu Pond, and finish in the charming old-town streets of Yanaka. B｜Koishikawa & Kagurazaka Explore Koishikawa Korakuen, one of Tokyo’s finest gardens, and end in the elegant streets of Kagurazaka. C｜Imperial Tokyo Ride Ride around the Imperial Palace, visit Zojoji Temple, and enjoy the bright contrast of Shiba Rikyu Garden surrounded by the city. The lunch option in the Basic Plan is also available for this Light Plan. Our tours are generally designed for groups of 1 to 5 guests, but we can also accommodate larger groups upon request. If you are traveling with young children or would prefer a walking tour, please feel free to contact us to discuss the options. All costs incurred during the tour are included in the price — such as garden admission fees, bike and helmet rental, transportation expenses for walking tours and insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Cancellation Policy All bikeTKgardens tours are private and require advance reservation. Please review the following policy before making a reservation. ■ Reservations All tours require advance booking. Tour details will be confirmed and adjusted via email based on your preferred date, group size, and plan. Routes and contents are finalized considering season, weather, garden availability, and your interests. ■ Payment An estimated deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Stripe / PayPal), Bank transfer (upon request), or Cash. ■ Cancellations & Changes The following cancellation fees apply for guest-initiated cancellations: | Cancellation Timing | Cancellation Fee | | Up to 7 days before the tour | Free | | 6–2 days before the tour | 50% of the estimated deposit | | 1 day before or on the tour date | 100% of the deposit | We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. For guests who select the lunch option, the above cancellation policy may not apply due to restaurant reservation requirements. ■ Weather & Force In case of severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected garden closures, we will discuss rescheduling or refund options with you. For safety reasons, the guide may adjust the route or content on the day of the tour. ■ Participation & Safety Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the tour. International guests are advised to have travel insurance. Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended.
