Curated themed routes allow you to explore Tokyo’s gardens, history, and urban scenery with ease. ◾️Model Courses D｜Aoi (Hollyhock) – Tokugawa Heritage Imperial Palace East Garden → Kanda Myojin (Matcha) → Rinsyoin → Ueno Toshogu → Tokyo National Museum Garden A popular course that takes you through gardens and shrines associated with the Tokugawa shogunate, while offering insight into the history and culture of Edo. E｜Ume (Plum) – Daimyo Gardens Hotel New Otani Garden → Chidorigafuchi → Koishikawa Korakuen (Matcha) → Yushima Tenjin → Ikutokuen A course centered around renowned gardens created by powerful feudal lords of the Edo period. It offers an introduction to traditional culture, where you can sense the refinement and aesthetic values of that era. F｜Fuji (Wisteria) – Tokyo Breeze Hamarikyu Garden (Matcha) → Shiba Rikyu → Zojoji → Atago Shrine → Akasaka Hikawa Shrine A course that lets you enjoy an open, seaside garden as well as greenery seamlessly woven into the city. Experience the bright and refreshing charm of Tokyo. ◾️Lunch options Basic Plain: No lunch Basic Local： Local lunch, from extra JPY 4,000 Basic Special： Garden-view lunch, from extra JPY 20,000 Basic Executive： Traditional restaurant, from extra JPY 40,000 Basic Suite： Private and traditional kaiseki cuisine, from extra JPY 60,000 ★ Basic Dinner： Night plan (start 18:00), from extra JPY 10,000 For solo guests who wish to reserve the Executive or Suite lunch option, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 will apply. Our tours are generally designed for groups of 1 to 5 guests, but we can also accommodate larger groups upon request. If you are traveling with young children or would prefer a walking tour, please feel free to contact us to discuss the options. All costs incurred during the tour are included in the price — such as garden admission fees, bike and helmet rental, transportation expenses for walking tours, matcha and insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Cancellation Policy All bikeTKgardens tours are private and require advance reservation. Please review the following policy before making a reservation. ■ Reservations All tours require advance booking. Tour details will be confirmed and adjusted via email based on your preferred date, group size, and plan. Routes and contents are finalized considering season, weather, garden availability, and your interests. ■ Payment An estimated deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Stripe / PayPal), Bank transfer (upon request), or Cash. ■ Cancellations & Changes The following cancellation fees apply for guest-initiated cancellations: | Cancellation Timing | Cancellation Fee | | Up to 7 days before the tour | Free | | 6–2 days before the tour | 50% of the estimated deposit | | 1 day before or on the tour date | 100% of the deposit | We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. For guests who select the lunch option, the above cancellation policy may not apply due to restaurant reservation requirements. ■ Weather & Force In case of severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected garden closures, we will discuss rescheduling or refund options with you. For safety reasons, the guide may adjust the route or content on the day of the tour. ■ Participation & Safety Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the tour. International guests are advised to have travel insurance. Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended.
