Through prior communication, we create a custom route just for that day — leading you even to quiet gardens with no crowds and unexpected places that reveal Tokyo’s hidden depth. ◾️Model Courses G｜Tsubaki (Camellia) – Hidden Northwest Tokyo Mejiro Garden → Higo Hosokawa Garden (matcha) → Bashoan → Chinzanso (lunch)→ Kagurazaka → Yasukuni → Imperial Palace Loop A course designed for those who appreciate quiet gardens — places that are rarely visited by tourists, yet deeply rewarding to explore. For lunch, you will dine either at a traditional restaurant within the renowned Chinzanso or in the charming district of Kagurazaka. H｜Sakura (Cherry) – Iconic Gardens Route Former Furukawa Garden → Rikugien (matcha) → Yanaka → Lunch → Museums & Historic Gardens A course exploring gardens that blend modernity and tradition — a distinctly Tokyo experience. For lunch, you will dine at a restaurant in the charming neighborhoods of Yanaka or around Ueno. I｜Shobu (Iris) – Morning Serenity Meiji Shrine → Historic Residences & Museums → Happo-en (lunch) → Shiba Rikyu → Zojoji Meiji Shrine is best visited in the morning. This course also includes a museum with a garden, making it especially recommended for those who appreciate art. For lunch, you may dine at Happo-en in the elegant district of Shirokane. J｜Matsu (Pine) – Bright Yamanote Hamarikyu (matcha) → Atago Shrine → Hotel New Otani Garden (lunch) → Nezu Museum → Shinjuku Gyoen A course popular with visitors — yet along the way, we also pass through a few hidden spots known only to locals. For lunch, there are a variety of options to choose from. Other special custom tours — including art museums, temples & shrines, natural springs, scenic slopes, or gourmet-focused experiences — are also available upon request. ◾️Lunch options Full-day Local： Local lunch included Full-day Special： Garden-view lunch, from extra JPY 20,000 Full-day Executive： Traditional restaurant, from extra JPY 40,000 Full-day Suite： Private and traditional kaiseki cuisine, from extra JPY 60,000 ★ Full-day Dinner： Night plan (start 13:00), from extra JPY 10,000 For solo guests who wish to reserve the Executive or Suite lunch option, an additional fee of JPY 10,000 will apply. Our tours are generally designed for groups of 1 to 5 guests, but we can also accommodate larger groups upon request. If you are traveling with young children or would prefer a walking tour, please feel free to contact us to discuss the options. All costs incurred during the tour are included in the price — such as garden admission fees, bike and helmet rental, transportation expenses for walking tours, matcha, local lunch and insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation and Cancellation Policy All bikeTKgardens tours are private and require advance reservation. Please review the following policy before making a reservation. ■ Reservations All tours require advance booking. Tour details will be confirmed and adjusted via email based on your preferred date, group size, and plan. Routes and contents are finalized considering season, weather, garden availability, and your interests. ■ Payment An estimated deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable on the day of the tour. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (Stripe / PayPal), Bank transfer (upon request), or Cash. ■ Cancellations & Changes The following cancellation fees apply for guest-initiated cancellations: | Cancellation Timing | Cancellation Fee | | Up to 7 days before the tour | Free | | 6–2 days before the tour | 50% of the estimated deposit | | 1 day before or on the tour date | 100% of the deposit | We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but availability cannot be guaranteed for last-minute requests. For guests who select the lunch option, the above cancellation policy may not apply due to restaurant reservation requirements. ■ Weather & Force In case of severe weather, natural disasters, or unexpected garden closures, we will discuss rescheduling or refund options with you. For safety reasons, the guide may adjust the route or content on the day of the tour. ■ Participation & Safety Please follow the guide’s instructions at all times during the tour. International guests are advised to have travel insurance. Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended.
